Equipment Design
Available on all LX, SUN and SE Series spa models, the optional ADVANTAGEPACK™ end cabinet houses the plated support equipment and easily pulls away for inspection. This is a service man's dream!
The AdvantagePack™ design option makes service and installation a snap. The hot tub support equipment is conveniently located beneath
an end cabinet or step for efficient operation and economical servicing. Simply pull away your step unit to access your pumps and electrical equipment for a quick and easy service call.
PDC Spas also offers the slimline design, housing all equipment within the spa cabinet walls.
All four sides of the cabinet are easily removed by simply removing the screws on the side panels while The radiused corner section remains in place. When removing the side panels, the insulation will be romoved as well, for maximum space and easy access to the hot tub equipment. The side panels are lined with energy saving foam and a reflective thermal barrier material that prevents waste heat from escaping the dead air space between the side panels and the spa shell.
The AdvantagePack™ option allows for simple removal of the spa step exposing the support equipment. This is a time-saver for service personnel, and a cost saver for the owner, as repair time is cut to the bare minimum.
With the innovative PDC Spa equipment designs, you can complete any
service quickly and economically, and your spa is operational and insulated, just like it was the day of delivery. unlike PDC, those full-foamed competitors require you to chip away the foam in the spa to access any spa equipment, leaving your hot tub without insulation and structural support after a service call.
PDC has installed an easy drain hose bib mounted on the exterior of the spa on a corner cabinet panel. Simply pull the drain plug out of the skirt panel, attach your hose and push the plug back in half way to begin the gravity drain. Take note of this location when positioning your spa at time of installation.
